Presentation: Why are so many employers implementing Enterprise Agile? According to the leading Enterprise Agile framework, SAFe®, the average results of SAFe® implementation include 1) 50% increase in speed to market, 2) 50% increase in quality, 3) 35% increase in productivity, and 4) 30% increase in employee satisfaction. To be competitive, employers are embarking upon this complex journey of transitioning or expanding to Enterprise Agile creating a wide array of career opportunities. To achieve these results, employers must expand Agile beyond technology to other functions including finance, governance, human resources, legal, manufacturing, marketing, operations, PMO, portfolio/product/program/project management, procurement, R&D, sales, and strategic planning.

In this webinar we will discuss:

1) Enterprise Agility and trends

2) Possible organizational changes and how your job may evolve

3) Exciting new job roles and career paths in various functions

4) How to prepare and position yourself for these new roles

5) Challenges you and your employer may face
