Presentation: LinkedIn: How Recruiters Use It
It’s no secret that recruiters use LinkedIn, and heavily. This presentation will address the ins and outs of how specifically, from the intake recruiters do with hiring managers to creating strategies to find talent, to a behind the scenes look at why sometimes you get irrelevant inquiries.
About the speaker:
Ed Han
Ed Han is a recruiter and job seeker ally with a passion for networking and helping professionals return to the workforce. As a veteran of several industries, including publishing, financial services and software, Ed has a keen understanding of, and appreciation for, the skills and traits valued in a wide range of environments, regulated and otherwise.
Although he came to recruiting nine years ago, Ed finds fulfillment professionally as a recruiter, and that the diversity of his prior work experience is a great boon in connecting with people from all industries and experience.
Active in his community, Ed helps facilitate the job search group NJ JobSeekers in Princeton NJ and has previously served as the Executive Chair of the PSG of Mercer County and the online community manager for the HR networking group Whine & Dine. Ed has been a corporate recruiter at Cenlar FSB since December2019. Lastly, he has been a LinkedIn user since 2008 and a LinkedIn trainer for a dozen years.
The holder of a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from Albright College (Reading, PA) awarded in 1993, Ed is an avid social media fiend and job seeker ally.
