Presentation: In 2023, it is likely you heard about a Generative AI (GenAI) platform called ChatGPT – from a company called OpenAI. While ChatGPT captured the lion’s share of the attention, there were numerous other GenAI based solutions announced (such as Microsoft CoPilot, Salesforce Einstein, Google Gemini, BloombergGPT and Meta Llama). It is safe to say, this technology is NOT a passing fad – and is in fact starting to impact the “Future of Work”.
And while you may have previous experiences with “disruptive” technologies – this time IS different:
- The “hype-cycle” IS off the charts – with predictions ranging from “world domination” to “job elimination”.
- The expectations ARE significant – Specific to the range of capabilities and the cost savings
- The speed at which the GenAI ecosystem is evolving is unlike any previous technology
- The confusion as to where to start learning more about GenAI
- Where YOU can apply GenAI today (such as job search)
